“HAVE A HOLIDAY ON US” PROMOTION

SKYE ONE SEVEN APARTMENTS

  1. Promotion
    Bali Holiday For 2 Promotion is a promotional referral program run by Metro Properties (WA) Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), during the promotion period from the 1 September 2019 to 15 December 2019. The Promoter agrees to pay to any Referrer a reimbursement amount for economy return airfares for 2 (two) people to travel from Perth, Western Australia to Denpasar, Bali in Indonesia by airlines AirAsia, Virgin, Jetstar or Garuda Indonesia as well as 5 nights’ accommodation for 2 (two) people of their choice to stay in a 4 star or lower equivalent hotel or motel in Denpasar, Bali in Indonesia.
  2. Terms and Conditions
    • The Referrer must refer a buyer to purchase a unit in the Skye One Seven Apartments on 17 Wickham Street, East Perth in Western Australia (Referral);
    • The Referrer’s Referral is communicated to the selling agent and confirmed by the Promoter no later than 1 day from the date of acceptance of the contract to purchase the unit;
    • The Referral purchase must settle on or before the end of the promotional period in clause 1 above;
    • No payments will be made related to the Referral before settlement of the unit;
    • The Referrer may refer more than 1 buyer during the promotional period;
    • Selling agents employed by Verse Property Group and LJ Hooker East Perth are excluded from this promotion;
    • The reimbursement value shall not exceed $2,500 AUD;
    • Travel period shall not be after the 31 December 2020 and excludes a block out period from the 15 December 2019 to 15 January 2020;
    • There can only be 1 Referrer for each unit referred;
    • The Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion at any time prior to the promotional period as in clause 1;
    • An individual who has previously attended a home open for the Skye One Seven Apartments may be a Referrer; and
    • The Referrer upon grant of promotion accepts sole responsibility for any relevant passport, visa, insurance or other travel requirements. The Referrer accepts to the extent permitted by law, that the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, accidents, illnesses, personal injuries, wrongful, negligent or unlawful acts (regardless of fault) that occur during the travel period.
